Aya is our first available variety of the season. It's fibreless and is sold in a "Ready to Eat" ripeness condition. Aya has high brix, attractive tropical colors and its flesh is very juicy. It provides a great eating experience with special aroma, taste and color.

The Maya variety was discovered in the 1950’s by Prof. Hanan Oppenheimer, found as a natural clone in an Israeli orchard. He named the variety after his wife. First commercial arrivals into Europe commenced in 2002, although the variety had been common on local markets for several years previously.

Noa is a fibreless tasty variety. The color of its flesh is uniformly orange, with no lighter or darker color near the stone/skin. Noa's seed is small compared to the fruit size and the flesh/stone ratio is very good. When Noa is exposed to the sun it has a red-blush.
