Our pomegranates grow mainly in the south of Israel where we can guarantee great growing conditions and the best weather for the fruits.
Shoham's production calendar is divided into two sections:
Early varieties Group: This includes - Neta, Emek, Acco and Shani. All Early varieties have soft seeds and sweet taste with low acidity. The picking time is August to October.
Late Season Group: This includes the Wonderful variety which is larger by physical shape and weight compared to the earlier varieties. Wonderful has a great sugar/acid ratio to offer a distinctly balanced taste profile. The picking time is September to December.
Correct temperatures, relative sunlight and percentage humidity during flowering periods, determine the internal and external color, as well as the taste of the fruit.
The pomegranates marketed by Shoham grow only in places where we can guarantee the finest taste.
We have the advantage of a steady and reliable supply for more than 6 months a year.

Emek is an early variety. It has a beautiful crown and a relatively big size. Emek is available from the beginning of August.
